Just a week after being arrested for domestic battery, Naya Rivera is leaving husband Ryan Dorsey…

TMZ has reported that the former Glee star filed for divorce from Dorsey.

Over the recent Thanksgiving weekend, Dorsey called the police on Rivera after she hit him during an argument. Rivera ended up spending a night in jail before being released on bail.

However, this isn’t the first time the actress has filed for divorce; she did the same thing back in November of last year, but eventually dismissed it.

The couple’s scuffle with police was also not their first encounter with the law; Rivera has called the police on Dorsey three times since their marriage began.
