Chef Simon Davies at Alinea restaurant in Chicago is getting ready to start serving clear pumpkin pie, and it looks as bizarre as it sounds.

It appears this pie substitutes the traditional pumpkin filling with a clear gelatin that allows you to see all the way down to the crust.
