Mariah Carey is looking good after struggling with a respiratory infection that caused her to postpone her All I Want Is You Tour.

A source told Entertainment Tonight that Carey has lost 25 pounds after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery, a weight loss procedure, in the fall. The surgery essentially shrinks the size of the stomach so that patients will eat less.
The source continued:
“She always fluctuates and it makes her upset. She lives in denial about it; she has the tags cut out of clothes, so she can be blissfully unaware of her size.”
