Why Elk Grove Was Named One Of The Best Places To Live In U.S.

Elk Grove, your secret is out!
Livability.com just name Elk Grove, CA one of the top spots in their 10th anniversary Best Places To Live list.
To compile the list, Livability only looked at cites with smaller populations and median home values of $500,000. Several other categories were also considered, such as cost of living, amenities, education, safety and health.
Elk Grove received a score of 749 out of 1,000.
“Elk Grove, CA, is rapidly becoming one of the Golden State’s favorite suburbs — and one of the best places to live in the U.S. Elk Grove is brimming with small-town charm while simultaneously becoming a powerhouse for industry, home to both Apple and Kaiser Permanente regional headquarters,” according to Livability.com
The website didn’t rank the order of best cities. Instead they are leaving it up to individuals to decide which criteria is most important to them. Elk Grove and Clovis are the only California citis to make it into the top 100. You can see the entire list HERE.
