Adam Hicks was arrested yesterday for robbing multiple people at gunpoint, and video from one attack has made its way online.

TMZ has shared the video, and it appears to be from a home’s surveillance camera. In the footage, a black car drives up to a man who is getting into his own car. Hicks then gets out of the black vehicle and approaches the other man.

While there is no audio, it appears Hicks and the terrified man argue. A gun is also vaguely visible in Hick’s hand, but he doesn’t appear to point it at the victim.

In the midst of the holdup, a neighbor makes his way outside near the two men. When Hicks turns to look at the other man, the victim makes a dash for it and Hicks quickly gets back into his car.

On top of the new video evidence, police have also officially charged Hicks with five felonies for the crimes. He is currently facing two counts of second degree robbery and three counts of attempted second degree robbery. He could receive up to 60 years in prison if found guilty.

His girlfriend, who also helped him commit the robberies, is facing 15 years in prison.
