Three Ways To Lower Stress At Work!

Take this advice and fix your current situation, or get out of it! Life is too short!

Work stress seems to be everywhere these days, and if you don’t know how to manage it, or get rid of it…you could burn out!

LinkedIn did a survey and based on science (kinda)…here are 3 tips to make your work less stressful!

1.  Say NO! If your workload is too much, it’s probably not something you chose. But, in many cases we bring a lot on ourselves by voluntarily taking too many things on!

2.  Worried about losing your job? Increase your value! Less need to worry if you’re learning new skills and finding new ways to contribute!

3.  Don’t get stuck in a rut, and whatever you do…do not settle. Some of the best careers are built on a series of minor adjustments (and mistakes) along the way. What you like about your job, and what you don’t like?
