Funniest Jokes From Yesterday’s First Presidential Text Message Alert

By now you know President Trump sent out the first ever text message to the entire country as part of the “Presidential Alert” system. It’s part of a plan put into effect by President Obama. But, naturally, people made a lot of jokes about the alert. Here are some of the best:

1.  “Remember the good ol’ days when we got an unsolicited U2 album on our phone instead?”

2.  “I didn’t get the U2 album or the Presidential Alert, so I’m starting to think I’m Bruce Willis in ‘The Sixth Sense’.”

3.  “Presidential Alerts:  Making Landlines Great Again.”

4.  “Somebody hacked Donald’s phone.  Everything’s spelled correctly.”

5.  One person Photoshopped it to say:  “Presidential Alert: The Clintons are coming!  The Clintons are coming!”

6.  And Jimmy Kimmel also Photoshopped the image to read:
