Free Food Event December 27

Do you know someone who is struggling financially this Holiday season? The Sacramento City Unified School District has teamed up with the Sacramento Food Bank and Family Services to provide free food boxes to anyone who needs one. The curbside pickup event is happening next Monday, Dec. 27, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at nine SCUSD locations.

Bowling Green Elementary School
Edward Kemble Elementary School
Elder Creek Elementary School
John Still Middle School
Pony Express Elementary School
Washington Elementary School
Will C Wood Middle School
Woodbine Elementary School

Anyone can stop by and get a free box of food that will include fresh produce, bread, and milk.
