California Counties Move Back A Tier As COVID Cases Rise

Some Northern California counties are moving back a tier as the COVID numbers spike.

Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado county are among the few counties required to take a step back and revert into the purple tier. Gyms, bars, places of worship, and restaurants must halt indoor operations until further notice. 

For Sacramento County, the tier change will take effect Friday at noon.
