Back in July, a fan reached out to Lush to create an Ariana Grande “God is a Woman”-inspired bath bomb. For those unfamiliar, the video features the singer in a magnificent sparkly purple pool.
The ball really started getting rolling after the fan shared a screengrab of her DM to the official Lush Twitter. The tweet went viral and caught the attention of Grande herself. And, of course, once she tweeted out “omg @lushcosmetics i’ll do anything,” it was game over. Lush product inventor Jack Constantine took the project upon himself and started to post test runs on his Instagram.
Now, after just a few months, the bath bomb is finally ready! “Goddess” will get an official release on Nov. 22 for $8.95.
“Sent from above with heavenly notes of sensual oudh and rich sandalwood, Goddess’ precious ingredients will lift your mind to a higher plane and give you everlasting beautiful skin,” the company wrote in a statement to HelloGiggles.
