VIDEO: 2 Suspects Setting Fire Inside Arden-Arcade Target Store

Two women are suspected of setting the latest fire inside the Target store at Alta Arden and Fulton Avenue.

Two women are suspected of starting a fire inside the Target store at Alta Arden Expressway and Fulton Avenue, and Sacramento Metro Fire has a pretty clear video of the suspects.

The fire appear to be meant as a distraction while items are being stolen from the store. This isn’t the first time. About six weeks ago, a rack of towels was set on fire at this same Target store.
