Things to Do in Sacramento This Weekend!

Welcome to the weekend! Staying cool is probably going to be your top priority so hitting up one of the local community pools is always a good idea!

If you don’t mind a drive, the World Surfing Dog Championships are happening this weekend in Pacifica!

Closer to home…

Cirque du Soleil “Corteo” is playing at Golden 1 Center. The acrobatics in this show will blow your mind!

The California Garlic Festival is happening this weekend at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds. It will feature a new Cali Garlic Alley, monster truck rides and a car display. The event runs from noon until 7 p.m. each day.

Apple Hill growers are having “Summer Harvest Days” this weekend to celebrate summer with special food and drinks. Lots of peaches and plum items!

The Sacramento River Cats are playing the Reno Aces with games at Sutter Health Park all weekend. Fireworks after Friday and Saturday nights’ games. The Sunday “Funday” game begins after 1 p.m.
