Cheap is apparently the new SEXY! A new survey finds 92% of people say they consider being frugal an attractive trail in a partner! Really? How FRUGAL are we talking? And,  79% said it wouldn’t bother them if someone used a coupon on a first date. Really? On the FIRST date?
