The Citrus Heights City Council unanimously approved plans to revitalize our declining Sunrise Mall. The Sunrise Tomorrow plan will transform the 100-acre mall at the corner of Sunrise Blvd. and Greenback Ln into a mixed use development. The vision for the new space includes new housing, office spaces, and a 480 room hotel.
The plan will be broken up into four different phases over the course of 20 years.
