Savannah Bananas Coming To Sacramento This Weekend

The Savannah Bananas are bringing their “World Famous Baseball Circus” to Sutter Health Park this weekend. If you’re not sure who the Savannah Bananas are, I didn’t know either – until recently – and now I’m obsessed.
The Savannah Bananas are a unique exhibition baseball team that turns traditional baseball upside down. The team has their own variations of the rules making the game more fast-paced, entertaining, and fun. They call it Banana Ball. Any given game will include dance routines, trick catches, costumed players, fan-participation events, and much more.
The Savannah Bananas are currently in the middle of their first Banana World Tour with a stop in West Sacramento at the River Cats venue on Saturday night, July 29.
Tickets are practically impossible to get. Believe me, I’ve tried. The game sold out quickly with most of the $25 tickets going to local little league teams. Resale tickets are going for $200- $500
