Great news for Sacramento foodies who want to recreate iconic recipes from local restaurants at home. Benjy Egel, Food & Drink reporter for the Sacramento Bee has assembled recipes from 60 local eateries.
Iconic area restaurants like: Bacon and Butter, Kru Contemporary Japanese Cuisine, Tacos, Freeport Bakery, Ginger Elizabeth, Frank Fats, Mulvaney’s B&L, Tower Café and many, many more have contributed popular recipes.
You’ll find the “Sacramento Eats: Recipes from the Capital Region’s Favorite Restaurants” cookbook on shelves of local bookstores on Nov. 17. It will also be available for purchase online. Pre-orders are available now.
“Sacramento Eats” is $39.99, but if you order before Oct. 10, you will save 25% when you pre-order online on Pediment Publishing’s website.
I’ve already put this at the top of my Christmas list.
