Are you watching The Titan Games? The Rock is hosting a new fitness challenge series, and there’s a contestant from the Sacramento area!

Nichole Root is an Elite OCR Athlete, UltraRunner, and Crossfit trainer out of Auburn, CA. Born in Applegate, CA, Root now resides in Auburn where she owns a private pre-school. I have never felt more love and support than I have in the past few days! From my beautiful daughters @na0miroot @gwenroot my amazing, crazy, pushy, funny, lovable sissy @mrs_ix_vi_mmiii my priceless employees @princesssarahxoxo @kristenn.minorr all the amazing friends & families in my sweet little preschool @lollitotts and the fabulous lil town I call home @exploreauburnca . . . @totalnutrition_sacramento has shown me an unbelievable amount support and love and always helps me keep my nutrition plan on track. Tomorrow’s the day friends! So incredibly excited and still blown away that I was one of the few women chosen for this amazing opportunity! Just like most of you…. I’m the small town girl next door. Just goes to show with hard work, discipline, determination and hustle anything is possible! ❤️ It’s never too late to create your best self! If the men have to run thru a 1,000lb wall at Mt. Olympus. So do the women. I have too much respect for women to change it, but more importantly — they wouldn’t want it any other way 💪🏾 Because of this, the physical and mental arcs our women go thru are simply spectacular and boundlessly inspiring.
