I have good news and bad news for all the kids looking forward to screaming down a water slide this summer.

First the good news. Golfland Sunsplash in Roseville is open and doing their best to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. They’re even giving you an opportunity to visit the park to see if you feel safe.

“Golfland Sunsplash is giving our guests the opportunity to ‘Test the Waters’. If within the first hour of your water park visit, you still feel uncomfortable after observing our safety measures in practice you may go back to the ticket window and request a return ticket for a visit in 2021,” according to a statement on their website

Now the bad news. Raging Waters in Sacramento remains closed with no reopening date. However, they are allowing all 2020 season pass holders to extend through the entire 2021 season.

In addition, there is a lot of excitement surround a massive indoor Northern California water park scheduled to open in Manteca on Sept 1. Get more information on the grand opening of the Great Wolf Lodge HERE.
