Police Respond To Shots Fired In Manhattan
One suspect has already been taken into custody.

The NYPD is currently responding to shots fired in lower Manhattan. Reports state that this is being investigated as a case of road rage that escalated into open fire.
The NYPD posted on Twitter that one person is already in custody.
