Own a Piece of Sacramento History | Amanda & Darik

By Admin on May 20, 2019

Name your price!  The historic Manlove Mansion is up for sale.  There have been no offers at the $1.2 million asking price so the owner is opening up to you to make your best offer.  The home has been on the market for two months.

It’s completely restored, 2,800 square foot Victorian, with a 2.6 acre property.

“The house, known as Manlove Mansion, was built by Dr. William Stark Manlove, who left Virginia with a ship of supplies for miners during the California Gold Rush, according to Coldwell Banker representative Leah Wright. He settled in Sacramento and, after a brief stay in San Francisco, built the home in the same spot as it stands today.” (Sacramento Bee)

The owner is accepting sealed bids for the mansion from now until Tuesday evening. They will open the bids on Wednesday and choose the best one.
