Linda Hamilton is back to reprise her role as the sci-fi action heroine, Sarah Connor, in the new Terminator film currently in production. This new movie, which is set to be the sixth entry in the Terminator franchise, is being directed by Tim Miller, who may be best know for directing the movie Deadpool.  Alongside Hamilton, Natalia Reyes and Mackenzie Davis will be joining as newcomers to the movie series, with all three women starring front and center for the films first promotion.

According to Yahoo Entertainment, original Terminator director, James Cameron, will be producing this new film alongside Dave Ellison. The plot for this new entry to the franchise is being kept tightly under wraps, but the film will apparently feature the return of Arnold Schwarzenegger alongside Linda Hamilton who has be absent from the series since her debut in the 1984 original and its 1991 sequel.

Newcomer Mackenzie Davis will be taking on her first leading blockbuster role in this film, after gaining fans and recognition for her performances in AMC’s Halt and Catch Fire and Netflix’s Black Mirror. For Natalia Reyes, this will be one of her first mainstream exposures to U.S. audiences, with her previous roles including Colombian supernatural television series Cumbia Ninja.

As of now, this untitled Terminator film is set to release November 22, 2019 through Paramount Pictures. To see the intense new promotional photo of Linda Hamilton and her co-stars, click here.
