Bring on the McRib! I’m aware not all of you are fans, and that’s okay. While you tell me it’s not actually meat, I’ll be wiping the barbecue sauce off my chin.
For me, the McRib brings back childhood memories – back when McDonald’s didn’t have a lot of different things on its menu like it does now. The McRib was a big deal treat. I still think it’s a delicious sandwich and will make sure I find one when they roll out next week.
According to Delish, this will be one of the biggest McRib launches McDonald’s has done in years. Beginning October 7th, over 10,000 locations will be selling the sandwich. Since not all locations will be serving the McRib, McDonald’s McRib finder website lets you search for locations that have them.
If you’re new to the McRib, it’s a “pork patty” slathered in barbecue sauce and topped with onions and pickles, nestled in a hoagie style bun.
Actually, there have been a few sightings already. Some locations pulled the trigger a little early and are running a promotion where you get two for $6 or $3.69 for one. But we all know things tend to be higher in California.
They usually don’t stick around long, so if you want one…or 20…act quickly.
