Imagine grocery shopping, filling your cart, and when you get to the checkout you realize your wallet had been stolen!
That happened to a person shopping in Roseville yesterday. The person spent $17,000 before they knew their wallet was gone.
KCRA reports, “The man stole the wallet from a shopper inside a grocery store in the 1000 block of Galleria Boulevard at around 7 p.m. Saturday, police said. Police released surveillance photos showing the suspect walking around the grocery store.
The suspect then went to another two stores and spent over $17,000, police said. Anyone with information on the suspect is encouraged to call the Roseville Police Department at 916-746-1059.
