Man Arrested After Dropping Boulders Off Sacramento Overpasses [PHOTOS]

47 year old Pedro Ruiz Espinoza, has been arrested after he threw rocks off of overpasses in Sacramento, CA, causing several crashes and injuries.

According to Fox 40, Espinoza is suspected in at least four incidents occurring near; Florin Road, South Land Park Road, and Pocket Road.

Some of the rocks are larger then a football and bent passenger seats backwards by how much they weighed.
