Pets can be expensive! No one should have to choose between feeding themselves and feeding their pets. Several shelters are offering to help with free essentials such as food, collars, leashes and carriers.

The City of Elk Grove has a Pet Food Pantry as well as the Front Street Animal Shelter, Bradshaw Animal Shelter and the Sacramento SPCA all have Pet Food Pantries available to the public.
