Life Inside ‘The Bubble’ For Our Sac Kings

Basketball is making a slow comeback & we are excited to see our boys back on the court! Until that happens, the Sacramento Kings will be in Orlando, FL inside their bubble. What bubble you may ask? Our partners at KCRA3 shared:
- All players, team officials and coaches will be given a MagicBand, according to the NBA. That is a wristband with a chip inside that will serve as a room key and identification for coronavirus testing.
- All staff and team officials must wear a “proximity alarm.” This alarm will sound when someone spends more than five seconds within 6 feet of another person who also has the band. This is optional for players.
- Players also have option to wear an Oura smart ring. The ring tracks temperature, breathing and heart rate.
Everyone inside the bubble are also required to wear face mask while engaging with others. Bubbles don’t sound too bad right? Read HERE to learn more!
