Leatherby’s Is Opening A New Location In Folsom

They kept churning during the pandemic.

Just months after opening a new shop in Lincoln, Leatherby’s Family Creamery is announcing plans to expand into Folsom.

For 40 years Leatherby’s has been a community staple. It’s the go-to place to take the team for a treat or celebrate a birthday. Even though they serve sandwiches, burger, hotdogs and salads, it’s the homemade ice cream the reigns supreme.

According to their Facebook post, it appears Leatherby’s will be opening in the old Island’s Restaurant location on Iron Point Road in Folsom this spring.
