President Trump made headlines in his first year as President when he refused to attend the White House Correspondent’s dinner. This year he has allegedly said he will attend, and Kathy Griffin, who has a rocky history with Trump, wants to host…badly!

Yahoo reports, “Responding to a Daily Mail report that Trump will be at this year’s dinner, Griffin tweeted, “I’ll host. Free of charge OR Pay Per View????”

Unfortunately, it seems, Griffin might be getting a bit ahead of herself. Following the Mail’s report, Trump spokeswoman Sarah Huckabee Sanders clarified that it was not yet known whether Trump would attend the event.”
