Jennifer Garner Shares Breakfast Recipe That Keeps Her In Shape

Jennifer Garner shares the recipe that she obtained from celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque. She’s been eating the same breakfast ever since!

Jennifer Garner revealed her daily breakfast item that helps keep her healthy and in shape. It’s a smoothie, so it’s quick and easy to make!

According to Delish, Garner obtained the recipe from celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque. The two started working together to get Garner ready for her role in the upcoming action flick Peppermint. LeVeque has worked with Chelsea Handler, Emmy Rossum, Molly Sims, and Jessica Alba, as well, so she knows what she’s talking about!

The nutritionist boils her smoothie recipes down to the Fab Four: protein, fat, fiber and greens. Fill a drink with enough of each ingredient, and it’ll keep you full for hours.
