Free Thanksgiving Meals in Sacramento!

This year has been tough for a lot of people, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a delicious meal for Thanksgiving. A number of local organizations are offering free Thanksgiving meals this year, so if you know someone who could benefit, please share this info with them!

Saint John’s Lutheran Church is offering a Thanksgiving meal to go, open to everyone. Monday, November 22, 2021, from 2 – 4 pm. Includes turkey, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, green beans, rolls, and pie.

Sacramento Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a free Thanksgiving Meal Thursday, November 25, 2021, 11 am – 2 pm at Sam & Bonnie Pannell Community Center, 2450 Meadowview Road, between 24th Street and Coral Gables Court.

Capitol City Seventh-Day Adventist Church is offering a free Thanksgiving meal for families on Thursday, November 25th, 2021, at 11 am. Open to the first 100 people who register. 916-585-6511

Union Gospel Mission Sacramento at 400 Bannon Street in Sacramento is offering a traditional Thanksgiving dinner to anyone in need on Monday, November 22, 2021, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also…Volunteer opportunities are available, food donations are accepted.

Loaves & Fishes is offering a Thanksgiving sit-down meal in Friendship Park with the option to take the meal to-go on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, from 11 am – 1 pm. Thanksgiving donations are accepted.
