More trouble for Redmond O’Neal, who was arrested in Santa Monica, CA for robbing a convenience store and threatening the clerk with a knife on Tuesday.

According to Los Angeles Police, the son of the late Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal walked into the store with a knife. The 33-year-old demanded the clerk he hand over the cash from the register. The 33-year-old ran out of the store with the money just before 2:30 a.m.  He was arrested nearby when an officer allegedly found a knife on him, People reported. He’s been charged with robbery and being held on $50,000 bail.

He’s due in court on today when a judge will determine if he will be granted bail or released.

This isn’t Redmond’s first run in with the law.  In the past he’s struggled with drug addiction, and was sentenced to three years in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in July 2015.
