Family Transforms West Sac Lot Into 9/11 Memorial

John Vinson and his family brought together friends and relatives to turn an empty lot in West Sacramento into a 9/11 memorial. Anyone who wants to stop by can pay tribute and remember the lives lost in the terrorist attacks.
