Residents of Tampa, Florida are on edge following three murders in one neighborhood over the course of 11 days.

The Tampa Bay Times has reported that police are asking residents of Seminole Heights to be on the lookout following the shooting deaths of Anthony Naibo (20), Monica Caridad Hoffa (32), and Benjamin Edward Mitchell (22).

Police are not denying that these murders could be the work of a serial killer, as Tampa Police Chief Brian Dugan said in a news conference:

“We can call it what we want. If that brings attention to it, that’s fine.”

Police have no suspect or motive for the killings, but they believe they’re connected and are warning locals to keep porch lights on, stick with others while walking at night, and keep a close eye on their surroundings.

They’re also offering a $25,000 reward for information that will lead to the perpetrator’s arrest.
