Southwest Airlines Plans To Fly Non-stop To Hawaii From Sacramento

Southwest Airlines just announced yesterday that Sacramento is one of four cities that will offer non-stop service to Hawaii later this year. Southwest is hoping to get approval to launch nonstop flights from Sacramento, Oakland, San Jose and San Diego in the next few weeks. The Sacramento airport says Southwest could get the OK by the end of May to begin selling tickets for flights that could launch at the end of the year. And, as you read earlier this week, Southwest will fly to four Hawaiian islands: Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Keehole. Southwest is also considering adding inter-island flights once you’re there.
