With news that the next 007 film may be Daniel Craig’s last, Pierce Brosnan has thrown Tom Hardy’s name into the mix for the next James Bond.

With news spreading that the next 007 film may be Daniel Craig’s last, many are wondering who’s up next. Pierce Brosnan has thrown Tom Hardy’s name into the mix for the new James Bond.
Daniel Craig has long been keeping eyes on the exit for his reign as the beloved agent. He first expressed interest in moving on to other projects back in October 2015. Nonetheless, he has signed on for the upcoming Bond film, directed by Danny Boyle. However, it very well may be his last.

So who’s best fit to play James Bond in the next series?
According to NME, Brosnan said:
“I think Tom Hardy could be a good Bond. I’d be happy to see him do it. You need an actor who can put a bit of wiggle into it – that’s what makes Bond.”
Of course, that isn’t to say that Craig didn’t absolutely nail the role. The former Bond actor continued, “Daniel Craig has been an incredible Bond. He’s very physical, he looks lethal. You genuinely believe this is someone who could kill a man.”
