Actor John Mahoney Passes Away At The Age Of 77

Actor John Mahoney, who famously had a starring role on the popular sitcom “Frasier,” has sadly passed away at the age of 77.

Actor John Mahoney has sadly passed away…

TMZ is reporting that Mahoney died while in hospice care, with his death confirmed by his publicist.

The actor is most famous for his role as Martin Crane, father to the title character on the hit show, Frasier. For his work on the series, Mahoney won a SAG Award and earned 2 Emmy and 2 Golden Globe nominations.

He also had a recurring role on the show Hot in Cleveland, and made appearances in movies like Say Anything… and American President.

There is no word on what officially caused his death, but it appears to be natural right now.

He was 77-years-old. We wish the best to his family and friends during this difficult time.
