How very American! There’s red, white AND now blue wine!

Winemakers in Spain have created blue chardonnay, they’re calling Vindigo, according to Food and Wine. Here’s how they do it. The winemakers filter it through a pulp of red grape skins, which turns it a very beautiful shade of turquoise.

So, how does it taste? People who have tried it say the blue wine is, “fruity and refreshing.” And, BONUS, it looks really cool in your wine glass. Think of all the Instagram possibilities!
