Maybe we shouldn’t be telling you this!
Reports say all of Sacramento’s red light cameras have been turned off for months.
Why?
There are 25 cameras that need to be replaced. The company the city has hired to replace them and maintain them has been late on deadlines, making the cameras inactive.
Obviously this doesn’t mean we should run through red lights! Now that this information is out, it should make us more cautious in those intersections.
