For those of us who wake up early, whether it’s for work, kids, exercise, or whatever, trying to calculate how much sleep you should get is sometimes confusing. The old “8 hours per night rule,” after all, just seems to be a dream rather than a reality. Until, now.

This website, Sleepytime, calculates when you should go to bed based on when you need to wake up – and your sleep cycles. So, rather than trying to get you a certain amount of sleep, it calculates how your R.E.M. sleep and other portions of your sleep work together.
