Today is Halloween, so happy Halloween to you! And as you know with any other holiday that exists ever, that means there are sales and discounts, in addition to the occasional bonus free things. If you’re wearing a Halloween costume today, you’re able to take advantage of more free things than the rest of us. Though some of these places are offering the same freebies, costume or not. What if my costume is a struggling radio producer? That’s besides the point. Ahem.

Here’s a list of some of the freebies you can get for yourself or your family, should you decide to wear a Halloween costume during daylight hours out in public. By the way, if you do, we’re not making fun of you. We’re just jealous we don’t have the same confidence as you to do it ourselves. Rock that cow costume! One of the guys here at the radio station today is dressed as an avocado, and that’s the truth. I’ll Instagram it later this morning. EDIT – Click here to see.

First on the list, if your kids are dressed up, they can get a free scary-face pancake at IHOP. Actually, even if they aren’t dressed up, they win. Are you a fan of Chipotle? If you’re dressed up, they’ll give you a $4 burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad. They’re going to be busy today for sure. Boo-sy? Bad joke, I tried. Krispy Kreme is giving out donuts, and you’ll get one if you’re dressed up. If you’re near Woodland, Sonic has $.50 corn dogs for people in costume. Though they say “on Halloween,” so maybe that applies even if you’re not in a costume? If you order something from Cheesecake Factory with DoorDash, you’ll get a free slice of cheesecake (some restrictions there). Check out the website here for a bunch of other freebies, and let us know about any that aren’t on the list.
