Warren Buffet has caught the NCAA fever, and is offering up $1 million a year for life in his office pool.

Every year Buffett gives employees at Berkshire Hathaway a shot a winning big if they can pic the winner of every game through the Sweet 16 round, something no one has been able to do…yet. If there is no winner, whoever has the most correct picks through the Sweet 16 round will win $100,000.

Being a Nebraska native, Buffett told CNBC that if either Nebraska or Creighton were able to win the tournament, he’d double the prize. Since Nebraska failed to make it into the tournament they’re out, but Creighton – who is a number-8 seed, still has a chance.
