Nutrition-wise, the bottles PSL’s are reportedly slightly healthier than Starbucks’ in-store lattes. The drinks, made with reduced-fat milk, espresso, sugar and pumpkin flavoring, come in at 150 calories and 24 grams of sugar per serving. A tall Pumpkin Spice Latte with whipped cream at Starbucks, for comparison, contains 300 calories and 39 grams of sugar.

In addition to the bottles, pumpkin spice fans can find Starbucks PSL flavored k-cups, ground coffee, and even cookie straws at most major grocery stores.
