Voters To Decide Fate Of California’s Gas Tax In November

California voters will decide in November whether to repeal increased gas taxes and vehicle registration fees approved by the legislature last year. Supporters collected far more signatures than required and yesterday Secretary of State Alex Padilla confirmed they had enough valid signatures to qualify for the ballot. Money from the gas tax is supposed to go to fixing roads and bridges in the state.
