Animal lovers, this is your time to shine. Bradshaw Animal Shelter could use your help this 4th of July.

According to their Facebook page, the shelter “welcomes the public to sign up to sit, sing, read or softly play a calming musical instrument to our shelter pets in the kennels during the pops, bangs and booms of July 4th festivities. There will be two comfort sessions; 7:00pm to 8:30pm and 8:00pm to 9:30pm.” The post goes on to say, “Individuals and groups up of to five people are invited to sign up. Teens 12 and over are welcome, but each child must be accompanied by an adult (Example: two children in a family must have two adults as well).”
