TRAFFIC ALERT: Jiboom Street Bridge Closing This Weekend Thru May 2018

The Jiboom Street Bridge, the bridge that goes into Discover Park, needs work. A lot of work.

Sacramento County Regional Parks and Sacramento County Department of Transportation will be closing the rusty old bridge to all traffic (bicycles, equestrians, pedestrians and vehicles) for a much needed facelift from December 10, 2017 to May 31, 2018.

Alternate bicycle crossings over the American River are near Hwy 160 as well as the H street bridge near Sac State.
