Today Is ‘Giving Tuesday’

It’s a day that hundreds of non profit groups in the Sacramento area and thousands around the world rely on for private donations for their annual budgets and special projects.

Today is not just Tuesday, it’s “Giving Tuesday.” What does that mean? Well, it’s a day that hundreds of non profit groups in the Sacramento area and thousands around the world rely on for private donations for their annual budgets and special projects. Started in 2012, it’s become a big day for many non-profits. Just last year, more than $168 million dollars was donated to more than 40,000 nonprofit organizations worldwide during the 24 hours of giving. Incredible!
