Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson & More Confirmed For ‘Cats’ Musical Movie

One of the most famous musicals of all time, ‘Cats,’ is getting a movie makeover. Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, James Corden, and more have been set to star.

One of the most famous musicals of all time, Cats, is getting a movie makeover. Taylor Swift, Jennifer Hudson, James Corden, and Sir Ian McKellen are set to star.

Tom Hooper, who directed The King’s Speech, is taking on the musical with Billy Elliot’s Lee Hall writing the screenplay. Not to mention, the team behind 2012’s Les Mis is producing the movie, reports NME. In other words, this project is in great hands.

Hudson is slated to play Grizabella in the upcoming film. No confirmed news yet as to who Swift, McKellen, and Corden will play.
