Start Your Mornings Strong: 5 Breakfasts In 5 Minutes

We’re all busy with jobs and kids and it’s hard to find time to grab an actual nutritious or filling breakfast, but luckily Amanda is here with a great to-go idea.

Practicing self love isn’t selfish, it’s self-preservation. It used to be that my breakfast consisted of whatever the kids didn’t finish before they left for school.

This year I resolve to not be a human garbage can and be ready with a healthy breakfast for me. On Sunday’s I spend 5 minutes to make 5 breakfasts to make overnight oats. Here’s what you will need

1 Mason Jar
1/4 cup steel cut oats
2/3 cup almond milk or water
1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tbsp. flax seed
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

I line up 5 jars and fill them up, set them in the fridge, then grab one every morning on my way to work!

No more grabbing leftover sausage from my sunshine’s plates. There’s something about starting your day healthy that makes you want to stay healthy all day long.

Much love,
ac
