The Stars Of ‘Big Bang Theory’ Say Farewell For Final Episode Taping

The cast of ‘The Big Bang Theory’ recently filmed the final episode for the series, capturing the touching moments and sharing them on social media.

The cast of Big Bang Theory said their farewells, as the final episode of the hit CBS was taped.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the stars, including Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch, each took to social media to post their goodbyes. One of these posts from Bialik, who plays Amy Farrah Fowler, posted a photo of the iconic water tower in the Warner Bros. Studio lot, with the caption, “Here we go. One last time.”

The hit series first premiered on September 24, 2007, and has run 12 seasons up to its final episode that will air May 16. During its final taping, many from the cast shared intimate moments on social media as well. Afterwards, both Galecki and Cuoco took turns addressing the live studio audience, thanking them for their love and support over their last 12 seasons. Both Galecki and Cuoco will host a retrospective that airs the night of the series finale. Reportedly, Galecki and Cuoco will host a special feature that airs the night of the series finale, looking back at the beloved series.
