In what has to be my favorite news story so-far this week, a semi-trailer overturned on I-5 today. That does sometime happen. But this big-rig’s cargo makes me chuckle.
20,000 lbs of cheese!
Yep! KCRA writes, “Northbound lanes of Interstate 5 are back open near Hood-Franklin Road after a big rig reportedly carrying 20,000 pounds of cheese crashed Wednesday afternoon.
The crash was reported around 12:30 p.m., the California Highway Patrol’s South Sacramento office said. The big rig driver was hurt but is expected to be OK.”
All lanes are moving normally now, and I am on my way with nachos!
